Fleet & records

Your fleet, drivers and suppliers, with nothing expiring quietly

Levart keeps the records an agency runs on: vehicles (your own and suppliers'), drivers and office staff, suppliers and clients. Each vehicle can carry its documents — insurance, permit, fitness certificate, PUC — with expiry dates, and Levart warns you across the top of every screen when one is about to lapse.

Documents with a reminder attached

Upload the insurance, permit, fitness certificate or PUC as a PDF, with its expiry date and how many days ahead you want warning. When one comes due, a banner appears for everyone who manages vehicles, listing the car and the document, until it's renewed.

Clients, suppliers and staff

Clients carry their GSTIN, PAN, state and billing address, which is what the invoice and the GST split use. Suppliers carry their tax details and bank account. Staff are grouped by role — drivers, office, managers — and drivers are picked from this list on trips.

Bringing your records over from Excel? Clients, suppliers, staff, vehicles and packages can all be imported from a spreadsheet.

Your own lists

Vehicle types, vehicle categories, package and client categories, staff roles, expense categories and payment methods are yours to set. Rename one and every record using it follows. Levart won't let you delete one that's still in use.

Questions

Fleet & documents: common questions

Can Levart remind me before vehicle insurance or permits expire?

Yes. Add the document to the vehicle with its expiry date and how many days ahead you want warning. A banner shows across the console until it's renewed.

Can I manage attached (supplier) vehicles as well as my own?

Yes. A vehicle can be owned or belong to a supplier, and supplier vehicles can run on contracts or on-call trips. What you owe the supplier is worked out from their package.
